This plugin provides a visualization of a volume with manual thresholding and several 3D effects. Regardless on the volume size, the selection of the view orientation is made using a pop-up window that allows real-time control of the volume position. Typical applications are visualizations of 3D data from tomography, electron tomography, or stochastic geometry modeling.
